RAP2B Antibody (Clone AT62D9)

RAP2B is 183 amino acid protein. It belongs to the Ras-related protein family. RAP2B is small GTP-binding protein which cycles between a GDP-bound inactive and a GTP-bound active form. RAP2B is involved in EGFR and CHRM3 signaling pathways through stimulation of PLCE1. It may be associated with cytoskeletal rearrangements and regulate cell spreading through activation of the effector TNIK and regulate membrane vesiculation in red blood cells.
