CCDC90B, 43-230aa, Human, His tag, E.coli

Categories: [Proteins / Peptides]
CCDC90B belongs to the CCDC90 family. This protein is characterized by the presence of a domain of unknown function, DUF1640. This domain is a characteristic of the entire protein with the exception of the first twenty-three amino acid residues which are a mitochondrial targeting site and cleaved CCDC90B is predicted to be a mitochondrial protein with no transmembrane spans or segments. It is predicted to contain at least three specific phospohorylation sites. Recombinant human CCDC90B protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E.coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
