BCAT2, 28-392aa, Human, His tag, E.coli

Categories: [Proteins / Peptides]
BCAT2 belongs to the class-IV pyridoxal-phosphate-dependent aminotransferase family. This protein forms a dimer that catalyzes the first step in the production of the branched chain amino acids leucine, isoleucine, and valine. It may also function as a transporter of branched chain alpha-keto acids.
