ADP-ribosylhydrolase like 2, also known as ADPRHL2, is a member of the ADP-ribosylglycohydrolase family. Expressed ubiquitously, ADPRHL2 uses magnesium as a cofactor to catalyze the hydrolysis of poly (ADPribose) that is synthesized after DNA damage.
